Frequently Asked Questions

What do you do? We help people, businesses and organizations end disputes, avoiding the high cost and long delays of litigation. Our trained and experienced professionals help our clients resolve disputes creatively and efficiently using mediation or arbitration as appropriate.

What is the difference between Mediation and Arbitration? Mediation assists parties in reaching a mutually satisfactory resolution to their dispute. A mediator identifies obstacles to settlement and develops strategies for overcoming them. Mediation is voluntary, confidential and non-binding. Arbitration resolves the parties' disputes with a binding decision. A neutral arbitrator decides the matter after considering documents, statements and other evidence presented by each party.

What are your fees? We charge $500.00 per hour or $5,000.00 per day. Any expenses incurred, such as travel or room rental, are charged at actual cost.

What makes ADR Services different? We care. We understand the importance of your dispute. Through extensive training and experience, our professionals are able to work with you to ease your concerns, assist you toward a "win-win" resolution and make the experience as pleasant as possible.
